You can go to www.loyalshops.com/login and enter your email and password and choose signup.  If you are already a Texting or Live Assistant subscriber and want to upgrade, you can go to Settings / Subscriptions in your account and use the drop-down to choose Live Assistant Pro for $24.99/mo. Then hit the Update Plan button.
