Our Loyalty Rewards & Live Assistant Solutions are a web application and as such, require no software to install by you or your customers.  It all runs from the cloud and is backed up daily.  This means that all your modern web browser enabled devices can access your account from anywhere. We have tested successfully on many different device types.  From PCs, MACs, iPhones & Ipads, to Android phones and tablets.  We even tested Microsoft Phones as well.  If you have any issues with a device, please leave us a support ticket and we will work on fixing it.  Let us know what device, what OS version and describe the problem you are having.  A picture of the issue when possible can be helpful.
