Sign Up Steps For Comment Catcher through to the Tutorial Video

These are the steps to sign up or resume signing up for a Comment Catcher Service.

1️⃣ Go to: www.loyalshops.com/login

💡 Tip: Bookmark this page — you’ll use it each time you access your LoyalShops account.

2️⃣ Enter your email and password

💼 Tips If you have a business email, it’s best to use that instead of your personal one — it keeps your business messages organized and professional.

✉️ If you had started creating an account previously, enter the same email and password you started your LoyalShops account with.

3️⃣ First-time login instructions

Click “Sign Up.”

If you’re signing up for the first time, you’ll see the LoyalShops Registration Page next.

Please fill in section (A) Details to complete your registration.

When you reach the Color Palette dropdown, be sure to select your brand — for example, Paparazzi or Bomb Party — so we can automatically match your account styling and tools to your brand’s look. If you're not affiliated with a large brand, leave it set to custom palette. You can also adjust your colors at any time.

(B) Then choose New Account Creation.

4️⃣ Choose Your Service

Click the button labeled “View & Search Unfiltered Comments on Facebook Business Pages.”

This is the correct option for setting up Comment Catcher.

💡 Note: If you also plan to use Texting, no worries — this is still the right choice! You can easily enable Texting later within any subscription.

5️⃣ Choose Your Plan

The Comment Catcher Monthly plan is pre-selected by default.

If you prefer, you can switch to the Yearly plan for added savings.

💡 Tip: If you have a 1-Month Coupon, keep the Monthly option selected. You can always upgrade to a Yearly plan later once your complimentary month is complete.

6️⃣ Apply A Coupon, if you have one, otherwise skip to step 9

If you have a coupon, click “Add Code.”

Then, enter your coupon code in field (7) and select Apply.

You’ll know it worked when you see confirmation (8) showing your coupon has been successfully applied.

9️⃣ Choose Your Payment Method

Select your preferred payment option — credit/debit card or PayPal.

Be sure to fill in all required fields before proceeding; incomplete details may prevent the Start Trial button from functioning.

🔟 Start Your Trial

Once your payment details are complete, click “Start Trial.”

1️⃣1️⃣ Click “Get Started”

You’re almost done! 🎉

1️⃣4️⃣ Open Comment Catcher

From your LoyalShops dashboard, click “Comment Catcher.”

This opens your main Comment Catcher menu, where you can access all your tools and settings.

Under the Comment Catcher menu, choose “First Time Guide.”

This quick walkthrough will show you everything you need to get set up and ready to shine during your next Live Sale! 🌟

1️⃣6️⃣ Explore the “Comment Catcher First Time Guide”

This guide gives you step-by-step instructions — both written (with pictures) and in video form — to help you get started fast.

We highly recommend watching the video (16) first 🎥 — it’s the quickest way to see Comment Catcher in action and learn exactly how to use it during your Lives.
