Missing Page/Platform, Missing Edit Settings or Pages Loading
If you have been given rights to a business page / platform and the page is not showing or you can't find the Edit Settings option to add it, please follow these instructions:
A) Use this link (1) in a browser on the same device your using your LoyalShops Live Services:
This link will take you to Facebook Settings on your browser.
B) Choose (2) Business Integrations in the left side page menu if it's not already selected.
C) Find "Loyal Shops Live Assistant" in the Business Integrations Listing.
D) Find the (3) blue remove button to the right of the "Loyal Shops Live Assistant Application Listing and click the remove button. If. you can't see the blue remove b button, make your browser window wider or scroll to the right.
Don't worry, this removal process doesn't delete or hurt anything with Facebook or our Live Assistant, it just updates your security and page selections with Facebook and our Live Services.
E) Click Remove once more on the confirmation pop-up.
The Live Assistant settings should now be removed. You are now done with Facebook.
4) Go back to your LoyalShops account and run Live Dashboard once again.
5) Then click "Continue with Facebook"
6) Then click "Continue with Your Name"
7) Choose your page/platform form the pull down and proceed with your live!
