Live Assistant defaults to quantity 1 for all items, but it's possible and easy to track up to a quantity of 30 + 2 waitlisted.  

If you look right below and to the left of the LIVE button is the QTY button set to QTY: 1.  Clicking this button will bring up a 1-30 pick list to choose a quantity for the next number called.  If you have an item with multiples, but none end up selling, remember to set the Qty back to 1 or to the next amount of items you are selling.  Once customers start claiming, we don't allow you to reduce the quantity for that rubber.  

If a number sells and you had not added a higher quantity, you have one more chance.  If you touch the Large Blue Tag with the Latest Number Called, it will let you increase the Quantity.  Anyone that was waitlisted will then get the item until the waitlist is exhausted or quantity is exhausted.
